Washington D.C. - This week Congressman Fuller filed articles of impeachment against Judge Eleanor L. Ross of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Judge Ross engaged in extra-marital affairs with a high ranking officer of the Atlanta police department within her chambers during official court hours, while actively presiding over criminal matters. This adulterous affair is not only illegal under Georgia State code, but these activities occurred within earshot of her own court staff.
